Steps from Union Station and NoMa-Gallaudet Metro, Spire is highly transit-friendly. Valet parking services are also available by request. Onsite parking is available below the building with additional parking available on street level or at Union Station (50 Massachusetts Avenue NE).
Spire’s audiovisual services are top second to none and include teleconferencing, multimedia displays, video and slide projection, and microphone systems.
Spire has a catering kitchen with industrial refrigeration and warming ovens so that your catering staff can meet your needs the day of your event.
